Call or request a quote
Tell us what's going on — leak, age, storm, insurance, or just a check-up. We can usually schedule within 48 hours.

On-roof inspection
We walk every plane and photograph everything — flashings, penetrations, valleys, shingle condition. Plus an attic check for ventilation, decking, and moisture.

Photo report + written scope
You get a photo set, plain-language findings, and a fixed written quote with material options. Not a 'starting at' number.
- 04
Permit & material order
We pull the permit, order material, and schedule around weather. Typical lead time is 1–2 weeks.
- 05
Protect & tear-off
Tarp landscaping, set debris catchers, strip the old roof down to the deck. We protect decks, AC units, and the driveway before the first shingle comes off.

Repair, dry-in & install
Replace any rotted decking at the per-sheet rate disclosed on the quote. Install ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter, field shingles or metal panels, ridge vent, flashing, and pipe boots.

Final clean + magnetic sweep
Magnet-roll the entire yard and driveway for nails. Walkthrough with photos before we leave. Workmanship warranty paperwork delivered.
